» President/Principal Broker
Nicholas Cook is the owner and operator of Sleep Sound Property Management, Inc. He is responsible for day-to-day operations, training, sales and advising Sleep Sound's clients.
Nicholas holds a B.S in Real Estate Finance with a Minor in Real Estate Development from Portland State. He serves on the Government Affairs Committee and Residential Forms Committee for Multifamily NW, he is a Past President for the Portland Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He holds a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation through the National Apartment Association (NAA). Nicholas is a candidate for IREM's Certified Property Manager Designation (CPM) and plans to complete this process in the Fall of 2016.
In addition to this Nicholas is a frequent guest speaker at title companies and real estate offices around the Portland Metro area.
» Business Development
Nelson is in charge of new business development at Sleep Sound Property Management, Inc.he meets with prospective clients and helps them determine if we are a good fit for their property.
Nelson is responsible for communicating what services Sleep Sound offers, key differentiating factors between Sleep Sound and the competition as well as the values and managerial style of the company.
Nelson studied at the University of Oregon where he obtained a B.S. in Economics and Political Science with a Minor in Business Administration.

» Vacancy/Rent Ready Manager
Kealey is responsible for ensuring that new properties or existing properties that have been vacated are reviewed and made ready to be re-rented. She coordinates with property owners and vendors to ensure work is completed in the proper order and on time. She also assistants in educating property owners on the cost of turnovers and steps involved.

» Assistant Property Manager
Denika is an Assistant Property Manager in charge of resident satisfaction, ensuring all aspects of the rental agreement being followed and general operations of the properties within her portfolio. Prior to joining Sleep Sound Denkia worked as a Assistant Community Manager where she handle leasing, vendor management and general day to day operations of the property she oversaw.
Denika studied General Education.
» Assistant Property Manager
Michael is one of Sleep Sound's Assistant Property Managers. Prior to joining Sleep Sound Michael was in the U.S. Air Force. He is primarily responsible for tenant relations and overseeing the day to day operations of the property. This includes managing lease renewals, completing property site walk-through reports, coordinating maintainer and more. Mr. Magsayo studied Business Management at Brandman University.
» Property Manager
Lindsey is one of our property managers. She has experience as both an onsite and off-site property manager. She has managed large renovation projects and brings with her years of experience in the property management field. She is direct, detailed oriented and results driven.
» Leasing Agent
Hilary is a leasing agent and responsible for managing prospective residents, handling showings, screening applicants and handling move-in documentation. Prior to joining Sleep Sound Property Management, Inc. Hilary worked in leasing at Capital Property Management. She brings a deep level of knowledge to the process and enthusiasm

» Onboarding Specialist
Michael is responsible for onboarding and welcoming new clients to Sleep Sound Property Management. He ensures that the office runs smoothly and is a key position with the company.
Michael is also in charge of quality control and is constantly evaluating feedback from owners, residents and vendor to improve Sleep Sounds operations.
Prior to joining Sleep Sound Michael served in the United States Air Force where he was an Operations Intelligence Analyst.
The maintenance team handles most of the general maintenance requests and is responsible for ensure new or vacated properties are rent ready.
» Maintenance Technician
Alex is responsible for ensuring our portfolio of properties are being maintained properly. He handles repairs for most mechanical systems at the properties as well as preparing properties for rent. Alex provides excellent customer services to our residents and is a trusted advisor to our property owners who have questions about repairs, maintenance and renovation.
» Maintenance Porter
Brett is our maintenance porter. He works closely along side our maintenance tech's and assistant them with work orders and property turnover. Brett is responsible for ensuring that our properties are properly maintained for the benefit of our residents and owners.
Brett is always learning and a great addition to our team.
