Best property management company bar none. As a homeowner who needed to rent out our place I was not looking forward to being a landlord. The paperwork, finding a good tenant that wouldn’t turn my place into an AirBnb and pay rent on time, handling the maintenance issues that would (and did) crop up at a moment's notice etc it was not something I wanted to handle myself. Thankfully with these guys it was all taken care of for us. The maintenance services were VERY affordable and top notch, I couldn't have been able to get it done better on my own by any means. I think they could easily be a successful maintenance company by themselves. They looked for ways to actively save everyone money while being very conscious of the tenants' satisfaction, softly reminding us what we needed to do to make them happy. It was a good relationship overall and if it weren’t for the terrible new single home landlord laws portland just passed i wouldn’t be selling my home and not needing Property Management anymore. If i ever do somehow end up with a rental property in Beaverton or something though I’ll be sure to use Sleep Sound.
