Your happiness means everything to us. We believe every month we must earn your business. If we don’t perform any of our core duties, you can cancel at any time at no cost to you.

Core duties include:

• Collect rent due or make all legal efforts to collect past due rent.
• Acknowledge and respond to any maintenance request within 1 business day.
• Acknowledge and respond to any maintenance emergency the same day.
• Send a monthly accounting of all income, expenses, and owner distribution.
• Disburse owner funds above the reserve held in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules.
• Adhere to our Cost Control Guarantee.

Sleep Sound Property Management reserves the right to pursue recovery of damages directly with the tenant, reducing the financial impact on the owner. Conditions apply.
