Nicholas Cook is the owner and operator of Sleep Sound Property Management, Inc. and Rise Realty, Inc. He is responsible for day-to-day operations, training, sales and advising Sleep Sound's clients.
He is licensed as a Principal Broker in Oregon and is a Designated Broker in Washington.
Nicholas holds a B.S in Real Estate Finance with a Minor in Real Estate Development from Portland State.
Nicholas also holds the distinguished and globally recognized designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management
He serves as the Chair to Government Affairs Committee for Multifamily NW. He is also on Residential Forms Committee for Multifamily NW,
Mr. Cook is a Past President for the Portland Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM)
He also served previously as a Commissioner on the Rental Services Commission for the City of Portland.
In addition to this Nicholas is a frequent guest speaker at title companies and real estate offices around the Portland Metro area.
Michael is responsible for onboarding and welcoming new clients to Sleep Sound Property Management. He ensures that the office runs smoothly and is a key position with the company.
Michael is also in charge of quality control and is constantly evaluating feedback from owners, residents and vendor to improve Sleep Sounds operations.
Prior to joining Sleep Sound Michael served in the United States Air Force where he was an Operations Intelligence Analyst.
Michael is one of Sleep Sound's Property Managers. Prior to joining Sleep Sound Michael was in the U.S. Air Force, where he worked as an Avionics Technician on C-17s. He is primarily responsible for client relations and overseeing the day to day operations of the properties on the Green Team.
Mr. Magsayo studied Business Management at Brandman University, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Michael was the 2019 Multifamily NW Ace Award winner for 2019 Single-Family Manager of the Year.
The maintenance team handles most of the general maintenance requests and is responsible for ensure new or vacated properties are rent ready.
